Shipping & Payment
After your order your rug will be lovingly packed and is on its way to you.
We deliver to all national and most international destinations.
For all orders within the EU we deliver free of charge. For orders outside the EU we charge a flat rate of 150€ (incl. VAT) for shipping.
Please see the individual KNOTIQUE product pages for the exact delivery times. Once your order has left our warehouse, it will be delivered within 2 weeks within Europe.
For shipping outside Europe the delivery time may vary.
Deviating from this, the delivery time for custom made rugs, unless otherwise indicated, is 9 months, starting from the date of our order confirmation, subject to prior payment of the deposit of 50% of the purchase price.
If you order several products in stock, we will ship all products together, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time.
For a smooth delivery and to contact you, we need your telephone number. Please note that we have no influence on the contact with you by the shipping company or the availability of delivery dates. Normally, however, we will contact you within a few days after your order.
SPECIAL NOTE ON THE SHIPPING OF CUSTOMIZED RUGS (CUSTOM MADE)
Your individual rug is made especially for you. Up to four master weavers with years of experience will knot your individual piece by hand. The delivery time for custom-made rugs is 9 months, unless otherwise indicated, starting from the date of our order confirmation, provided that the deposit of 50% of the purchase price has been paid in advance.
Should you cancel the contract, you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. It is recommended that you keep the original packaging to facilitate the return of items.
Please note: It is not possible to return "Customize" items, as these are specially commissioned items that have been made to your specifications. To avoid disappointment, please check if an item can be returned before ordering.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
The payment will be done at the end of the order process in the KNOTIQUE online shop. Please understand that we only deliver against prepayment. For custom made rugs from our Customize category 50% of the purchase price will be charged as a deposit.

For security reasons, we can only issue refunds to the original payment method you used for your order.
